  Responsibilities Based in: Lebanon ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Assist in the preparation and production of project reports, proposals, presentations and other documents; 2. Maintain specific activity files and other resource materials in an organized, accessible and up-to-date manner; 3. Assist in data collection and computer data input as needed; 4. Assist in the administrative facilitation of project activities such as meetings, appointments, or other business communications with project staff, client and partnering organizations' staff; 5. Implement the project logistics preparations needed such as booking tickets, communication with events attendees, drafting agenda. 6. Assist with conference and workshop preparation; 7. Assist technical staff with other administrative tasks as assigned. 8. Represent IJMA3 programs to donors, government officials and other parties. 9. Conduct pre-monitoring visits to assess the suitability of proposed projects and conduct assessments of partners. 10. Conduct monitoring visits to assess the effectiveness of projects funded by IJMA3 11. Participate in the facilitation of meetings/workshops/trainings to help increase the local capacity of staff and organizations to respond to emergency and post emergency situations. 12. Translation as required. 13. Assist in any other task or duty assigned
  Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for Information Technology, Communications, International Studies, or Business Administration 2. Experience working or volunteering with local or international NGOs in community development activities 3. Strong written and spoken English. 4. Commitment to working with vulnerable groups in need regardless of race, religion or gender 5. Understanding of working together with local partners. 6. Good problem solving, and written and oral communication skills 7. Ability to work without constant supervision and as part of a mixed team. 8. Good knowledge of MS Office software such as Excel, Word, and Access and English skills 9. Knowledge in web development, administration and updating. 10. Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
