COMPUTER FIRMS and OFFICES
After the approval of the general corps, the administrational corps may issue the guidance regulation which is specialized in organizing the computer firms and offices work through the classification of these firms and offices by the following:
1- Describe the kinds of firms and offices.
2- Describe work's fields (services and products) for each kind.
3- Describe the professional and artificial specifications for each kind.
4- Describe each kind of firms and office's staff according to number and experiments.
5- Join the staff's levels and classify them according to membership's level classification that were pointed in Article(5) from this regulation.
6- Describe the conditions, rules, limitations and work's ethics.
7- Suggest how to organize the relationship among the contracted sides, also suggest the standard contraction forms for each kind of the products and services which are provided by the offices and firms.
8- Describe the bases of presenting consultations, judgments and solve the problems among the related sides.
9- Describe the bases upon which the firms and offices are registered in the society.
10- Collect the information about the firms, offices, the done works, and the national
services in computer field.
