Confidential government communication, transfer of sensitive business data, and protection of private information: IT Security and cryptography make a substantial contribution to these topics. It is considered as one of the fastest growing sectors in the ICT market world wide.
The initiative IT Security made in Germany is an association of German IT Security companies. The initiative's intention is to support cooperation between German suppliers of IT Security solutions and partners in foreign countries. It's a network of manufacturers, system integrators, service providers, research institutes, and public services. The initiative is supported by Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) and works as Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology SIT runs the project office. www.itsmig.de
In this respect, The German-Arab Chamber of Industry& Commerce ( GACIC ) and its ICT committee are entrusted to organize a one day workshop and a match-making event with the delegation of German Companies in the field of IT SECURITY: E-Business, E-Government, E-Health, Telecommunication, Mobile Communication, Science and Defense .
Prominent German companies will be presenting themselves, their philosophy, their products and services which is an excellent platform for doing business with the Egyptian counterparts.
