Between December 19th and the 24th, Eitesal organized and held a 4-day training in Six-Sigma Deployment for members. The International Finance Corporation (IFC), an affiliate of the World Bank, provided course participants with certification.
Six-Sigma is a methodology used to manage process variations that cause defects, defined as an unacceptable deviation from the mean or target; and to systematically work towards managing variation to eliminate those flaws.
