WITSA Welcomes Afghanistan and Serbia to WITSA

The WITSA Steering Committee, at its May 17, 2007 meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, welcomed the National ICT Association of Afghanistan (NICTAA) and the Union of ICT Societies of Serbia (JISA) as new members of WITSA.
