Funded by USAID, the VEGA Lebanon Investment in Microfinance (LIM) program is implemented by IESC. The program provides and administers grants to capable microfinance institutions, NGOs and other providers of micro-credit loans. In order to assist these nascent initiatives in the ICT domain, IJMA3 will create an advisory board that will provide support to grantees at all stages of the project cycle: from the grant process, through project launch, and on into implementation and fulfillment of project goals. The advisory board will help build linkages with clients, suppliers, and beneficiaries; provide strategic and advisory services; help to provide mentoring, contacts, and business advice; and assist in the evaluation process for ICT beneficiaries. |
