Primedia Qatar launches Qatar's first personalized WAP service

Consumers can now access Primedia's WAP service through Qatar's major web portal Mobile users across Qatar now have easier access to information while on the move.

WAP is an open international standard for application layer network communications in a wireless communication environment. WAP enables access to the Mobile Web from a GPRS enabled mobile phone or PDA.

The site has a bold new look and will soon include WAP services.
