         In his constant effort to develop the service projects technical deputy Mr. Amir AL-baiaty ensured to put the network and fixed line development and repairing as a priority in the projects budget for 2010 as well as using an advanced  exchanges, all this was discussed in the meeting that has been held by him with the deputies and general directors of the ministry, they discuss also putting  a strategy plan for next year projects and the financial budget that been put by the financial ministry for them and how to investment this budget .
