VIVA launches new mobile package concept

VIVA, a leading telecom company in Bahrain, has launched Add-Ons, a new concept, which will enable customers to tailor their mobile package depending on their needs and usage.

The service is available for both postpaid and prepaid packages.

“We bring yet another VIVA first with the launch of our new Add-Ons that are part of a personalized service that allows customers to put together their package based on their needs. We are now bringing maximum flexibility to mobile users as part of the on-going innovations we are launching,” said Andrew Hanna, chief commercial officer, VIVA Bahrain.

The new concept will let customers choose specially designed add-ons on top of their standard service to meet their monthly need. One of the add-ons is the unlimited SMS that will allow customers to send unlimited amount of SMS messages to other VIVA users for only an additional fee of BD2 per month.

Another add on is a 90 per cent discount on high quality international calls to selected countries for just an additional monthly fee of BD0.500. The countries included in the feature are India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia, however more countries will be available in the near future.
