Saudi Arabia’s telecoms watchdog will block access to WhatsApp before Ramadan if the popular instant messaging tool fails to comply with local regulations, it has been reported.

أعلنت هيئة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات السعودية عن إيقاف خدمة خدمة "الفايبر" في المملكة وأوضحت الهيئة أن سبب الايقاف هو أن تطبيق خدمة "الفايبر " بوضعه الحالي لا يفي بالمتطلبات التنظيمية التي اقرتها الهيئة مؤخراً
